“I have been very inspired by all the success Natalie has had in reaching the Spanish speaking population of Los Angeles . She has been bringing yoga and stress reduction techniques to many who would not otherwise be able to benefit from these practices. I congratulate her and wish her all the best for her continued efforts as she works to spread the yogic teachings”
-Gurmukh, Director, Golden Bridge Yoga (Los Angeles, CA)
“(...)Natalie's soft voice narrating in Spanish, along with the tasteful background music and the sight of the curling waves breaking behind her, might be enough for the lazy ones to calm their minds and soothe their spirits... Through clear and precise explanations, the viewer is gradually led to prepare the body for a long series of stretches, bends and torsions to conclude with a glorious and well deserved moment of relaxation.”
