Will I really know how to teach after graduating?
Yes — this is something I care deeply about.
Supporting your verbal communication and teaching confidence is a core part of this training. You'll begin with short teaching segments, and over time you'll feel yourself becoming more comfortable, clear, and confident. I also provide foundational aset- sequences as part of the 200-hour training.
Why? Because standing in front of a room for the first time can feel overwhelming. Beyond nerves, you're learning how to pace a class, observe bodies, cue clearly, and hold space — all at once. Having a reliable sequence to teach removes pressure and allows you to grow into your role as a teacher with more ease and confidence.
