DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

You feel the pull—but you have questions.

checked-icon.png

You love yoga, but you know there’s more than what you get in drop-in classes

checked-icon.png

You’re curious about teaching, but not sure you want to perform or fit a mold

checked-icon.png

You want anatomy to make sense in your own body, not just on charts

checked-icon.png

You want a training that respects your nervous system, your pace, and your life

checked-icon.png

You’re craving depth, not hustle

This training was created for people exactly like you.

WHAT MAKES THIS TRAINING DIFFERENT

This is not a "memorize and perform" training.

01

You’ll learn yoga as a lived, embodied practice

Not just sequences—but why things work, how bodies differ, and how to teach with clarity and care.

02

Anatomy that feels real

Feet, pelvis, spine, breath, nervous system—taught somatically so you can feel it, not just name it.

Find your voice. Learn to guide without copying scripts or pretending to be someone else.

03

Teaching from authenticity

04

Online—but not impersonal

You’ll be seen, guided, and supported—not left alone with recordings.

faq-icon.png

Will I really know how to teach after graduating?

Yes — this is something I care deeply about.
Supporting your verbal communication and teaching confidence is a core part of this training. You'll begin with short teaching segments, and over time you'll feel yourself becoming more comfortable, clear, and confident. I also provide foundational aset- sequences as part of the 200-hour training.
Why? Because standing in front of a room for the first time can feel overwhelming. Beyond nerves, you're learning how to pace a class, observe bodies, cue clearly, and hold space — all at once. Having a reliable sequence to teach removes pressure and allows you to grow into your role as a teacher with more ease and confidence.
