Like never before, with fervor and zeal, I am spending hours and miles walking the trails.
Every hike feels new. The weather changes as regular as my emotions and I am prepared to be in the "all weather" attitude.
I learnt that this body I inhabit cannot be discarded because I am having a hard time, a cloud over my mind, a frustration, or anger rising.
I am here for all the shifts and turns of my internal landscape. I do not get to pick and choose the trees and the way the are arranged or seen by me. They are just present as I am inspired to be. My curious eyes can see so much, my tired eyes can see the world dull, used and uninteresting. My plain, and challenging undiluted presence can encompass the universe.
I am a guest to this body I am a guest to this forest. This recognition frees me.
