Scuba Diving has been teaching me about communication.
There are no words, just gestures and codes and you only communicate what is essential.
It simplifies the relationships. You share the wonders encountered, your needs at the moment, and checking with the other to see if they are ok. It all boils down to the essence of connection: Needing each other, sharing, and caring.
Simple, right? It is a constant work in progress that I am willing to explore knowing that it will never be mastered, it will just be a daily practice.
